After upgrade to 10.4.0.1
The Linkdisp show 0 rx/tx. no special error appears
in the eagleMonitor/FCMonitor /PDU Server0 logs.
Also in 2 IMFs, the Survillance show no traffics but the linkDisp on these 2 nodes are with rx/tx.
