Symptoms

 

In addition, the issue may be seen in the vle logs.

The MySql Exceptions can be found in the vlelog files: vlelog:--- Cause: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Too many connections
