Symptoms
SL150 robot has stuck at a position, we have tried to manually move but the problem still persists.
There is issue with robot error code is 9116. SL150 was rebooted and power off. Waited for 2 to 3 minutes and powered back on. Issue still persists.
From the service bundle logs, could see that the library has reported error " Robot Arm Communication ".
