Symptoms
Enterprise communications Broker ( ECB) : Source based routing is not working.
Example call flow: This is calls from PBX to XXXXX number which goes via ECB to PSTN and comes back to SBC as the number has DID range belonging to customer another PBX.
From ECB perspective the call is coming from same session agent and again destined to same session agent and hence the call is blocked by ECB as loop call.
Even though a policy is created with lower cost which should avoild the deny statement but still the call fails.
