Symptoms

fma errors (FMD-8000-CV)  "fmd.fru-monitor.fru-remove"  on  T7-2 systems since upgrading to 11.4

FMD  fru remove alerts on the internal hard disks after booting into Solaris 11.4.
Clearing all faults and subsequent reboots have the same FMD fru remove alerts (FMD-8000-CV) on the internal hard disks .
