Symptoms
The panic string will be: Deadlock: cycle in blocking chain
Depending on which of the two thread involved in the deadlock detected the condition, the panic stack will include either:
stmf_handle_resume_itl
stmf_itl_clear_aca
stmf_task_lu_killall
or:
tmf_itl_task_done
stmf_ts_mark_task_free
stmf_ts_update_state
