Last updated on MAY 10, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Secure Global Desktop - Version 5.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Users may find that when they continue and repeat to zoom in and out opening data in their application, the X application disappears.
Users can launch another new application session but cannot resume the disappeared session.
When the problem happens, although it looks to the user in the SGD workspace that there is no application session running, there is actually application session running by checking with emulator session list command.

The problem happens on all kinds of SGD client, default SGD client and HTML5 client.

After enabling the verbose xpe logging, admin can find ttaxpe crashes.
