Symptoms
Caller is sending DTMF as RTP telephone-events, but the SBC is sending them forward in SIP INFO messages.
End party does not support INFO, resulting in 405 messages, resulting in the fact that the caller is not able to choose from IVR menu.
Changes
This is new call flow and the customer made some changes in configuration.
