ACSLS Reporting Two Eject Activities Running

Symptoms
The ACSLS GUI Active Operations panel ( in "Overview & Status" page ) is showing Eject operations that are no longer displayed in the cmd_proc 'query request all' output.
The 'psacs' and 'ps -ef | grep eject' outputs are not showing any eject process running.
Changes
No known change in the system. However, there were known eject process failures recently.
