How to Change Ops Center NFS Mounts to NFSv3 (Doc ID 2722086.1)

Goal

Ops Center does not support NFSv4, per a couple documents. This has been confirmed by Engineering in internal bugs:

Ops Center creating 'tmpFile*' Files Under NFS Share where metadata stored (Doc ID 2226430.1)
"NFS server xxxx not responding still trying" message happens. (Doc ID 1005761.1)

Ops Center NFS mounts need to be configured to use NFSv3.
