Cannot login to SGD after upgrading to SGD 5.5 update 3 (Doc ID 2724165.1)

Symptoms

Users may find that they cannot login to SGD after upgrading to SGD 5.5 update 3.
They could login when they were on SGD 5.5 no update.
Customer has a proxy server set in their browser and the SGD server host is added in the list of exceptions which do not use proxy server settings.
The issue does not happen when the proxy server is not set in the browser.
