Ops Center 12.4.0.0.0 - Newly provisioned Agent Controller fail to start & Agent configure failing

Symptoms
1. OPS Center EC install with co-located proxy(or remote) version 12.4.0.0.0 (b1201). It is functioning well but agent configuration failing for Solaris hosts with 11.4 SRU24 or higher. Agents on Solaris 11.4 SRU 19 or below working fine.
2. Some times the configuration works OK but the agent could not start normally and stuck in this process /usr/bin/perl /opt/sun/n1gc/bin/zfsmgr listAnd the agent startup is gets hung,
Changes
The perl has been upgraded to v5.26 in 11.4 sru 21. In sru 20 it is still v5.22. In fact 11.4 sru 21 bundles both v5.26 and 5.22 but 5.26 is the default.
