Symptoms

Latest release of Microsoft Edge (version 86) is blocking the Java .jnlp file download. Without this file, Java does not run/launch, and the user cannot login to the Secure Global Desktop.

A pop-up window appears telling the user that the download is potentially unsafe and that the download of the client software is being blocked.
