PCA ILOM Node Could Not Be Pinged or Connected To (Doc ID 2738774.1)

Symptoms

The "pca_upgrader -v" reported:

The node was not contactable - ping to ilom-ovcamn06r1 / 192.168.4.104 failed

Node ovcamn06r1 had no issues - it was operating normally.

Reboot of the ilom did not resolve the problem - [PCA] How to Reset Node's ILOM Through ipmitool Command (Doc ID 2515966.1)
