SGD 5.6 Oracle Cloud Market Place Image - Websocket Connection Failure And Unable To Launch Applications

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After configuring SGD with a Gateway from the Oracle Cloud Market Place, the customer is unable to launch any applications on his application server. Customer is also unable to launch any of the 'default' applications on the SGD host server.
The following errors are seen:
"The websocket connection has failed, application launches may also fail "
No changes as this was a new installation of SGD 5.6 from the Oracle Cloud Market Place.
