Symptoms
Cluster failback can hang while exporting resources to the other cluster node. All BUI and CLI cluster commands will hang.
This issue is confirmed by looking at the resource manager (rm) log which is gathered in a bundle. The rm log will show that the failback is hanging after a specific stage of the failback. This issue happens after this line in the rm log:
Fri Jan 15 03:51:16 2021: [nas mig target export] nas pool pool-N quiesced in 0.000s
(Note: the rm log is only available in a support bundle or from the Solaris shell.)
This issue can also affect severing replications. If this issue occurs while a replication is severed, then the sever operation does not complete and cannot be retried until the Appliance Kit Daemon is restarted.
