Symptoms
Installation of OCSM RPM fails on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9
After installing MySQL 5.7.10 as per installation document, I tried to install ocom rpm but fails as below.
Sorry, user root is not allowed to execute '/bin/mysql --defaults-extra-file=/root/.my.cnf -e SHOW DATABASES' as root on xxxxx.com

Cannot access to mysql (however it is running)
If you changed configuration or password for root user
please, set right the configuration in file /root/.my.cnf
OCSM installation is cancelled.
