Symptoms

During new installation or upgrade to SDM 8.2 release and upon executing the startnnc.sh script SDM server goes down with b elow error message:

Exception in checkApacheServers(). Reason: Exception in CheckApacheServers.checkServersRunning(). Reason: I LLEGAL_STATE: Apache Tomcat server is not running.Triggering server shutdown...

Changes

From SDM 8.2.2 onwards, IPV6 should be enabled in the system where OCSDM is running. If the customer does not have IPv6 enabled, they need to modify "server.xml".
