Symptoms

When running commands like "pca-admin list network-port" or "pca-admin list uplink-port" the command fails with:

[root@ovcamn05r1 ~]# pca-admin list uplink-port
Status: Failure
Error Message: Failed to connect to Cisco data switch [192.168.4.204]

Setting of the environment variables http_proxy and https_proxy.
