After upgrade to SBC to 840p2, the SFTP does not work (Doc ID 2754772.1)

Symptoms

When trying SFTP the SBC getting closed with error message server unexpectedly closed network connection.
Below is the error when try SFTP the SBC.

[VM]$ sftp admin@X.X.X.X
