Purpose

Enhancement Requests - Defines and sets expectations for possible Oracle acceptance and inclusion in a future Oracle Flash Storage release. The document explains how a service request associated to an Enhancement Request is handled and how to monitor for implementation.

Bugs with Interim Diagnostic Relief (IDR) - Explains how to track implementation of an IDR into an Oracle approved Flash Storage release.

Scope

This document is applicable to Enhancement Requests and Bugs with IDRs, that are associated with Flash Storage products. Refer to KM Document 1967797.1 FS System: How to Download Software and Firmware Updates for the FS1-2 for additional information on Flash Storage releases and where to download them.
