VNFM 5.0 - DSR 8.5 / DAMPs deployement fails - parseData:: response code: 404 - Waiting for SOAM to come up (Doc ID 2756350.1)

Symptoms

DSR Rel: 8.5.0.0.0_90.7.1
VNFM Rel: 5.0

Problem Details:

After Signaling VNF instantiation DAMPs are not configured properly. From logs indicate only XMI interfaces was added (missing IMI and XSI Networks on DAMP).

The MP server group in NOAM GUI is also empty. Other Server Groups (SOAM, IPFE) were configured correctly.
