High memory usage after upgrading to Scz830m1p11 release (Doc ID 2757841.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the SBC's to 830m1p11 release customer is observing high memory usage during low traffic period.

Memory Increase seen per platform on boot after upgrade to 830m1p11:

63xx  +5%

4600 +2.5%

3900 +1%

1100 +0.33

If the customer is running (at peak) between 85-90% memory usage on SCZ830m1p11 SBC will most likely hit its critical memory alarm (and the shedding of SIP traffic by design). Customer running at lower usage (50%) are unlikely to see any problems due to this increase.
