Symptoms
XSCFU will not respond to ping and will not be available to login through network.
The following errors will be reported on the serial console.
REBOOT: BOARD ERROR (Service Processor Error Detected)

All the PPARs which are already running will continue to work, however, will fail to power-on after powering off, as the XSCF prompt will not be available
