Symptoms
Unable to use the CANCEL command against a MVCDRAIN MVC(vMVC) EJECT
A MVCDRAIN MVC(vMVC) EJECT command cannot be cancelled using the VTCS CANCEL command once the MVCDRAIN is in the DELETE_VTV phase.

The above SLS6621E was preceded by numerous SLS6667I messages: SLS6667I Request purged: Internal error occurred RC=029A029A
0C9 ABENDs may occur during MVC cache refresh, MVC selection, and Display MVC commands
An 0C9 ABEND can occur during a RECLAIM of a vMVC
