SL150 - Primary Static IP Address (on Network Port 1) Has Been Lost On The Library (Doc ID 2761200.1)

Symptoms

The SL150 library's primary static IP address has been lost.
The customer cannot re-configure the IP address on Network Port 1 using the GUI.
Not able to connect to the Web GUI without the IP address, for remote management or generating a service log.

After restarting it a 2nd time, the library status is the same.

Changes

Suspect the customer installed a 3rd party certificate on their library.
