How to downgrade Exadata X7/X8 server ILOM firmware due to ILOM hang bug #32033315. (Doc ID 2764980.1)

Symptoms

Exadata X7/X8 software releases with ILOM 5.x may run into bug 32033315 causing ILOM hangs.  Exadata X5/X6 and earlier versions are not affected by this issue only X7/X8 platforms are affected.  When the ILOM hangs it has required physical onsite presence, to either push the ILOM reset button or perform a complete AC power-cycle, and have been intrusive for customers.  Current recommendation is to downgrade the ILOM version to 4.x for the impacted Exadata software releases.
