"svccfg" Warning On Bootup (Doc ID 2770604.1)

Symptoms

The system reports an svccfg warning on boot up.

   ##########################################

   WARNING: svccfg apply /etc/svc/profile/node/migrated_etc_svc_profile_site_profile_00:10:E0:E0:E0:AB.SD2nHc.xml failed
   WARNING: svccfg apply /etc/svc/profile/node/migrated_etc_svc_profile_site_profile_00:10:E0:E2:E0:AB.SD2nHc.xml failed


The server boots ok. The other issue then noted is the system/environment:default shows incomlete.

   # svcs -av |grep environment

   online - Mar_27 - svc:/system/environment:init
   incomplete - Mar_27 - svc:/system/environment:default
