Symptoms
The Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance reported:
The JBOD '<SERIAL1>' has PSU's installed in the wrong slots.
The effected disk shelf has four PSU slots but five are reported.
The model number of the faulted PSU is not a PSU part number.
