LDAP Auth additionally prompting for email after prompt for username, password (Doc ID 2773059.1)

Symptoms

Customer find that the Ldap auth involves dual steps authentication issue

For example, login to SGD server additionally asks email after entering user and password, if users authentication are managed by LDAP server

While log in to SGD server as some of SGD users, which exists in the LDAP server (e.g. 'sgd-user').
It asks user and password and after entering them it asks the second question "your email?".

Need help to get rid of this two steps authentication procedure. Customer wants a common user name and password login.
