SGD Users Are Failing To Login In SGD with LDAPS login auth (Doc ID 2773106.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade the LDAP server, then SGD users are failing to login in SGD.

Customer recently upgraded their LDAP server, then created sgd-user. and added it to sgd and LDAP user group.
It can login the LDAP server, however, it failed to login SGD with sgd-user.
