SBC Doesn't Clear Resources (Doc ID 2773477.1)

Symptoms

SBC doesn't clear resources, when it's not able to receive 200 OK to BYE. We have setup where one of the EP is sitting behind far end FW after it stops sending SUB/Notify messages towards core, FW closing pinhole as result BYE is not reaching remote EP and SBC not getting 200OK. In the show sessions, it shows no active sessions, but in show sipd session we see this session as active. Also the same issue we see, when SBC terminating session upon firing "session-max-life-limit" timer, which appears as next output for show sipd sessions.
