[PCA 2.x] Service ovca Fail to Start Up due to "Stale file handle" (Doc ID 2776923.1)

ovca service failed to startup on Management Node, with error message below in its /var/log/ovca.log:

LockError: Open file: /nfs/shared_storage/db/setup failed: [Errno 116] Stale file handle: '/nfs/shared_storage/db/setup'


It is likely that ovca service did not start.
