Goal

Getting "[Errno 13] Permission denied" when executing 20.2.3 OraChk as oracle or grid users on AIX

Freshly installed AHF 20.2.3 as root on AIX 7.2 2-node RAC.

If running orachk as oracle or grid users then getting "[Errno 13] Permission denied" at report generation time:

[Errno 13] Permission denied

Root user runs OraChk without an issue but non-root users reports error.
