Symptoms

 System will panic with a string similar to:  panic[cpuxx]/thread=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: duplicate pathinfo (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) registered during device tree walk

This will usually happen after an upgrade to OS8.8.31 through OS8.8.33
