Symptoms

When you create a configuration backup, you can enter a descriptive comment for the backup.
IF you input the comment in Japanese/Chinese/Korean and export a saved configuration, you will fail to import, and the following error will be returned.

Failed to unpack saved configuration:
/var/run/ak/deaddrop/xxxxxxxxxxxx/uploads/0/upload
