VSMc Refusing Connections From SMC Clients

When running certain security scans in an attempt to hack the VSMc, the servers recognized an intrusion and changed its service level to Cluster. This stops any hack from taking place, but it also stops production clients from communicating with the VSMc.
Symptoms
The VSMc stopped communicating with the SMC clients.
