Symptoms

 After drive replacement, HDD and SSD showed in BUI/CLI (Command Line Interface/ Browser User Interface) as absent, despite multiple replacements and LED status of green on the physical HDD/SSD.

 

 

Changes

 Replace the HDD and SSD twice.
