CMP alarm observed for MPE, Program impaired by s/w fault

Symptoms

  Alarm 31000 Program impaired by s/w fault, observed on CMP GUI, few other related symptoms are

1. Gx session create request’s got time-out at MRA for CCR-I

2. Performance stats counters discrepancy seen at almost all KPI counter’s.

3. Huge stale session resides on the MPE node forever without cleaned it up/ very slow in cleanup rate

Changes

 Due to huge stale session context(might be due to, peer failed to send termination request/abrupt disconnection of peer without graceful shutdown) piled up. D
