Symptoms
The NFS service on a ZFS Storage Appliance (ZFSSA) is taking a very long time to restart.
The issue could appear as follows:
- NFS operations are hung due to NFS authentications hanging.
- NFS taking a long time to restart.
- NFS will still hang again once started until the underlying naming issue is fixed
