Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Reports "Connected To Wrong Receptacle" Error After Upgrade to OS 8.28

The customer has upgraded from the 8.7.x series to 8.8.x.
After the upgrade, the problems appear with the backend in problems.
The backend has different shelf models DE24P, DE24C in chain.
Symptoms
After upgrading the Appliance Kit code from 7.28 to 8.28, the ZFS appliance reports
"Connected to wrong receptacle: Seeing: ORACLE-DE2-24X.<Serial Number>/<IOM>/<PORTNUMBER> -> ORACLE-DE2-24X.<serial number>/<IOM>/<PORTNUMBER> Expected:
ORACLE-DE2-24X.<Serial Number>/<IOM>/<PORTNUMBER> -> ORACLE-DE2-24X.<serial number>/<IOM>/<PORTNUMBER>."
Changes
The SES Enclosure Diagnostic Engine is included starting with Appliance Kit Code 8.8.22.
The backend engine examines the backend connections, if there is any inconsistency is identified, it would flag with a problem and error message.
