Symptoms

Index BOAXXX not in sync with ALFXXX".

Customer noticed that BOAXXX is with problems - the disk is becoming full with relay log files, since the database is not following the master correctly.
Customer have an error in the show slave printout.
They have tried to restart mysql service but they still seeing the error.

Can you please check and advise on the solution ASAP?
