Symptoms
This LTO4 drive has had several errors in a row reading tapes and has become unreliable. Incidents reported by backup software were:
6/30 – 026605 – Failure in media drive
6/30 – 031361 – Failure in media drive
6/30 – 031345 – Failure in media drive
