Symptoms

After upgrading SBC VM from ECZ7.3.0 to 7.5 or 7.3.0 to 8.1, the system fails to boot with the following errors. Tested rollback to previous release (7.3.0), the system comes back up and continue working fine with no issue.

      Starting usdpClient...
      Starting npsoft...
      Starting tGarpSend...

      HspPPX::init: error initializing Nnos PPX: 1
      MD_ERROR: [Media_startup] error initializing platform PPX

Changes

Upgrade from E-CZ7.3.0 to E-CZ7.5.0, E-CZ7.3.0 to E-CZ8.1.0 or E-CZ7.3.0 to S-CZ8.3.0.
