Last updated on JUNE 06, 2024

Applies to:

Enterprise Manager Ops Center - Version 12.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

If an environment experiences this problem, then the fist symptom usually encountered is not being able to access the BUI.

Upon examination, the cacao logs will typically contain ORA-01654, ORA-02292, and ORA-04021 events.

Other common errors include database exceptions like this:

Changes

Typically the only change the customer sees is a recycle of their Ops Center services.  This could be a restart using commands, or a reboot of the machine.

Customers have only reported this after upgrading to Solaris 11.4 SRU 20, but Engineering has not reproduced this issue internally.  Thus, we do not know that a change in this Solaris SRU caused the problem.  As a result, we consider this to be circumstantial at this time..
