Symptoms
Ops Center makes use of several directories in /var/tmp. The clean up operations suggested in the Solaris 11.4 Upgrade documentation and SRU READMEs can impact it's ability to function.
For the purpose of this document, we will focus on how this procedure can affect the Ops Center listener component. Other scenarios can be added later, or extrapolated from the content provided here.

For an affected machine, the customer would typically see their Ops Center listener in maintenance mode.
Changes
A recent upgrade to Solaris 11.4, where the clean up operations recommended for /var/tmp were implemented.
