HSM: worm_lite Files With NFSv4 ACLs Cannot be Deleted by root

Symptoms
The customer reports that they have one directory with triggered worm_lite files and ACLs set on them, where they cannot remove any of the files as root.
They confirmed that they were able to copy the files into another directory and then change ACLs and delete those files there. Unfortunately, the files still can't be removed from their original location/directory.
NOTE: Once a file is worm-triggered, you can't change mode or ACLs on that file. That is expected behavior. However, you should be able to remove the worm-lite file as root.
