Symptoms

User has been given Global Administrator role but the Administration Console says that user is not authorized to run the Administration Console.


[ttasys@SGDserver ~]$ tarantella role list_members --role "o=Tarantella System Objects/cn=Global Administrators"
- Members:
  o=Tarantella System Objects/cn=Administrator
  o=organization/cn=<user1>
  o=organization/cn=<user2>
  o=organization/cn=<user3>

Changes

 user3 was just recently added to Global Administrators.
