Symptoms
Connections showing duplicated entries after switch or RMS restart:
Main Menu: Diameter -> Maintenance -> Connections
No impact on the service and there are no duplicated alarms.

New virtual DSR (vDSR) deployment on Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) on Oracle Linux (OL) version 7.7 running on DL380 Gen 10 with Top-of-Rack (ToR) switches.
