Symptoms

A potential deadlock condition exists when using the Replication test connection feature and performing BUI operations in parallel and running AK code versions OS8.8.33 through OS8.8.35.

Potential scenario:
1. BUI usage from one user or REST commands to list pool.
2. Another user attempts to use Replication Test Connection feature.  The Test Connection feature is used internally when a replication target is created or modified.
3. BUI and CLI commands for cluster, share, replication, hardware, and analytics will hang and not complete. Eventually, all BUI and CLI commands may hang.
